All participants of the Down Under Sports program must submit the following items to register.

  1. Registration Form 
    Complete Form Online OR Download Registration Form, fillout the downloaded form, Upload Completed Form
  2. $300.00 Deposit
    Pay Deposit Online
You will also need to submit a photo and uniform order form as soon as possible.

Once you've registered, please review the submissions section below to make sure you've provided all the necessary information before traveling.

Prior to travel, all information below must be received in our office in addition to the registration materials above. Please review ALL items and make sure you have submitted everything that is applicable to you.
