History

Volleyball became a part of the Down Under International Games in 1999. Volleyball players and teams from the United States and Australia compete each year.

Tournament

All American Beach Volleyball Tournament:
July 15-16, 2010*
  • Teams will play in a beach volleyball tournament
  • Hosted at Surfers Paradise
International Indoor Volleyball Tournament:
July 17-18, 2010*
  • Teams play in a two day tournament. Teams play 10 games each
Day one – 6 games
Day two – 4 games
  • International rules
  • Teams from Australia compete
  • Offi cials from Australia and the United States
